it's odd isn't it, you see quite a bit of US glass, but I think I have only had one piece of US pottery. That was a piece of Weller Louwelsa, very like Doulton Kingsware, which is probably why I bought it. It was sold back to the US.
Here are some Weller pieces: (http://www.webteek.com/potsinacnj/productFrame.php?cat=479&userid=arnie&_dir=../standard/)

Lynne, blimmin' eck the prices of that stuff :o
In theory!
..........I'll have a look for the piece I had, I can't remember what it made. Nothing like those that's certain...
Added: It wasn't damaged, but it was heavily crazed. Made ?69 last August. It was not dissimilar to this one (http://cgi.ebay.com/WELLER-LOUWELSA-3-FOOTED-VASE-WITH-YELLOW-FLOWER-NR_W0QQitemZ300130955953QQihZ020QQcategoryZ461QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem) just finished on .com. Like everything else there are extravagent antiques dealer prices, and ebay prices.... ::)

I've had nothing to write home about. AFAICR, The only American pottery I've had is a Desert Pueblo pottery vase 'Spring Storm'.
-
It says on the label, Phoenix Arizona.

Royal Haeger. :)

Here is my contribution to American/Canadian pottery..hehe
And as per usual I know nothing about it at all. The only reference I found was to some museum piece.
This is a little plate..and the little sticker label stuck in the middle says Gene Barker Webster's Corner B.C.

*Tsimsian* I believe means something about Totem poles, that were made by the coastal Tsimsian people of Northern British Columbia and Alaska. I am not native (European descedent), but this would be Native Art design, and probably (?) shows a copy of some certain totem pole carving. Native art things appear to be collectible.
