19 years ago i studied ceramics for a few months, this is the only survivor.
I was worried about the Gulf war at the time and quite depressed.

Very intricate Dan - was it slip moulded, or freehand pottery?

Thanks for those kind words everyone.
In answer to Anne and Lynne.
Of course i will post pic's and the teapot body was slab built and then carved and hand moulded as were the dice feet.
The spout and handle were both made in 2 halves so they are hollow.
It took two months to make but other projects ran alongside.

I just got home from my 2nd lesson, my teacher is very good and has eased me back in to pottery.
I am seeing the line and curve very clearly now, whereas when i was 23 and potting,i had little apreciation of these attributes and dwelled on detail.
