What is Ephemera?
« on: March 04, 2008, 10:42:09 AM »
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ephemera

Quote
Ephemera is transitory written and printed matter, not intended to be retained or preserved. The word derives from the Greek, meaning things lasting no more than a day.

Ephemera from the board's point of view covers paper matter but excluding books.

Awww Lynne  :kissy: feel free to expand the description though if you wish. I'd like to add similar descriptive stickies to each forum to help new people so if you can/want to write one/some, please do. :)
Cheers!
