Title: Japan -- FISH, salt & pepper

Hi, does anyone know about these.  I think it does say Japan on them, but I do not know where I put them right now (while I am on the computor).  I think they are Deco era -- but I have been wrong before.

Anyone have any ideas of age, or ball park figure?  TIA..
