Found this today and it just had to come home with me. (Has been named the potty by him indoors)
It's quite large and weighs a ton. 8 inches wide (20 cm) and 5.5 inches (14 cm) deep
Royal Venton Ware made by J Steventon & Sons from Burslem, Stoke on Trent. This fabulous glaze is known as Mutton Crackle glaze. The factory operated from 1897-1936.

Factory seems to have produced a funny range of stuff, some of it's quite ordinary and some rather nice
