Title: RUSSIAN - Tramp Art (Stag)

Hi, I have this piece of tramp (?) art, which I believe it is called.  It still has the label on the bottom.  I had a Russian lady at work a long time back, try to translate what it said.  I don't have the piece of paper right in from of me, but will get it later.

I'm not sure this is tramp art http://www.tramp-art.com/tramp_art_classroom.htm more like folk art. It's a nice piece with lots of movement though
