Title: Retro Studio Pottery Lampbase
Post by: chloe on January 25, 2009, 10:16:40 AM
This is a stunning piece I picked up this morning.  It's completely unmarked, but the wiring in it suggests 60s or 70s to me.  Can anyone offer me a direction to pursue?

Hiya Chloe, I've removed the HTML code from your Photobucket links as HTML in messages doesn't work on this board.  You can use the BB Code instead if you wish, or just straight links as above.

No idea on your lamp at all I'm afraid - interesting looking design though. Let's hope someone has some ideas for you. :)

Neat....  :cheerleader:

Can you see any marks at all?  Try putting it near a very bright light - or a bright light over the base (or edges) to see if you can see anything through the glaze at all...
