I think it's German? I would like to know the manufacturer/age if possible. It's hand painted on porcelain.

Lol, the other bit's are missing. I didn't know it was called a German Shepard pipe, i mean, Alsatian pipe.  :24:

Started to appear in the 19th century and are still around today, so TC's could be any age I guess. We need  pipe expert to find out more really.

I have some wooden ones here from around the 50's or 60's that were my parents (wood), but porcelain that a bit different....isn't it?
