Title: Small Russian vase pls help identify maker?

This small vase was in a charity shop today i couldnt resist for 49p so bought just wondered as to the manufacturer and date, the base says made in ussr 1c and mark kind regards newbi pottery hoarder. :beer:

No idea Rose,  I need a book on Russian pottery marks.  :)
