Posting this for Mark (MMorris) - can anyone ID the mark for him please?

Very nice....is that the initials *HM* in blue at the bottom?  :-\  Can not quite see....

Check out "Toff H. Milway. Conderton Pottery, The Old Forge, Conderton, nr. Tewkesbury Glocs.  "Salt glaze country potter." Domestic & decorative stoneware. Finely lustred surfaces with slip-trailed decoration. "  (British Studio Potters Marks - Owen & Fournier.

Just a long shot, but there's something very similar in the signature.
