Since Anne wrote the book, many new finding have arisen. For this reason, the web site (http://www.twintone.co.uk) has now been updated with Gallery pages to incude new findings and observations, which act as a supplement to the book so page numbers are given for cross-referencing.
Some of these pieces might be for sale, but many are recent acquisitions so Anne might prefer to retain them for the time being. However, there's no harm in asking! Also, Anne does have an extensive collection, so she might be worth contacting as a first port of call for any replacement piece you might need.
