Base is marked 1119 or I119 then "Made in England"
Most of the rest of the base is a big round hole.
Need a pic of the base ?

Looks like it, only got one piece and that has a number,SylvaC and made in England all very, very faint,I'm sure I've seen these around marked as Sylvac,Keith.

Thanks Keith, it does look the right style but I wondered if anyone else made them too.
