No PHEW....here. With the time difference here and there - sometimes I post a zillion things here while the rest of the world is Z-z-z-z-z....so never say PHEW. Always good to have stuff posted. That is what WE all are here for...
Is that a small bowl? Could we get the measurements? And a pic of the whole item?

I think there might be one or two little clues there to it's origin. Where the glaze ends i can see an orange colour. Now this is typical of oriental china. The handle look like a cane handle. The blue ring around the bowl is also very oriental.
Well if it is, I'm guessing that the decoration is some kind of painted enamel.

So it isn't porcelain then? It looks like it has tiny bubbles all over it rather than it being salt glazed.
