4 inches high,Staffordshire knot on the base,any ideas how old? please,

Hi Keith.  According to this website http://www.pottery-english.com/Articles/Pottery_Marks/Pottery_Marks_and_Backstamps/ Made in England  usually denotes after 1914, whereas just England generally used after 1891, so probably somewhere from the period to 1891 to 1914.

...and in great condition! hope I'm as good when I get that old,are the years going by faster or is it just me?
