Title: Can you help Id this Scottish Pottery?

Hi,
     please can you help ID this pottery? It's a lovely piece, that looks wonderful in the light!

Gee that is pretty.  Like a heavy glaze that has crackled.  Hard to make out if that is a *6* or a *b*.  Only thing I could find close to that was in this link http://www.pottery-english.com/Articles/Pottery_Marks/Porcelain_Marks_and_Backstamps_part1/

It is more like stoneware?

I love that piece.  I had something with the crackled effect too (thought I had posted it) but can't find it with search....(??) 

For MOD:  (Could Search here-- be more like GMB, the poster name, and words....is it possible??)

Looks like LP or IP. Second word is probably 'pottery'.

It might be glass in the centre.  See here, where marbles are used to give a transparent colour fill at the bottom of stoneware http://www.potters.org/subject19851.htm/
Might just narrow the search a little.

Wow - that is interesting.  I never knew of such a thing.  Big  :tup1: to Anne EB.  (That could be a topic @ GMB too)

@ Wiggy131 -- I really like the colors of item.  Very nice
