Title: Middle eastern/Islamic beaker?

About 7 ins high would some one like to put an age to this,it looks like it may have been silver plated once,no marks on the base and is,I think,copper based,

Hi Keith...Can we have the base pic anyways?  Could their be any marks anywhere around the outer bottom base edge, or hidden in one of the designs somewhere.  A lot to look around for....but a thought..

Rose;will get pic's if I remember to take the camera,not my piece,brothers,pretty sure there are no marks but will double check(better take my glasses!)
