Title: Pretty Vase -- dated 1977

Hi I bought this recently.  It is 8.5 inches tall, and about 6 inches wide.  I think it is pretty.  It has either a HC or a KC (or something else) on the bottom.  There is also the date of 1977, therefore making it 33 years old.  Any ideas?

The vase looks more 1877 than 1977,IMHO,

Lol....I am assuming it is 1977...but I have no ideas on it...
