Title: Would this be worth restoring? and any ideas how much this will cost to do?

hi, I dont normally buy things with damage but made an exception with this one,
it is capodimonte, not sure on the date? but would this be worth getting restored
has you will see from photo there is a big lump out of the rim, if anyone has any knowledge on the cost of restoration it would be appreciated
