Yikes - that is a tough one. 

Is it IH, or HI...or even IHE (stretching my imagination that the last symbols is made to be two letters) ???

Only IH I have found is a Ivy Hall....but do not think that is her, as I checked her marks and they looked different..

Wonder if TC, or Anne have any ideas here........... ???

yeah looks like IH or HI, nowt in my book so might not be English or even a registered potter
