Title: German Vase - Orange/Black Stripes

Hi, I got this too at the same time as the other piece....and for Cheap, cheap

(Is that Birds I hear ??)

Anyways it is marked on the bottom with what looks like ?? 53 then 115/25 and GERMANY.  Any one know who make this?  Does not say WEST Germany on it -- so I am not sure.

Can anyone help me?
