Title: Rare ?Frankoma Trivet

Found this stashed away in a box which I purchased ages ago and forgot I had.  Have done a little research on this and there are a few about except not so many of this particular one being a complimentary gift from David Hall, the Governor of Oklahoma 1971 to 1975. 

Does anyone know if this is a rare item, thanks
