Title: Beautiful pottery, but where is it from???

Hi, I inherited a pair of these beauties, and for the life of me can't find the marks anywhere.
Please help :boohoo:

Been through my books,no luck,interested to see if any one can put a name to it now.

May be its continental.  I've had a look too - without success.
Pretty piece what ever it is.

I think I've seen the mark somewhere before but can't find it again now. I'm thinking continental Europe as well - Austria or Bohemia I suspect...

Just gone through another book,the crown with cross is common to a number of factories including Derby,Austria,Germany and Denmark but I'm stuffed if I can find the shield & star motif to go with it,aargh!
