Have had this 5" what appears to be porcelain vase for ages, have sat, in quiet moments, with my book scouring through it but cannot find anything that resembles this mark. :bh: Any ideas please

Might be Japanese, will see if I can find the mark,
Keith.

mmmmmmm I found a pretty good site which shows nearly every chinese mark ever done I think after you mentioned chinese, but still didn't come up with anything. Could it be English as some English potter's marks look Chinese?
-
actually I think you have the mark, it looks pretty near to me although I need to get my magnifier on it to check
-
If you turn it around a bit......
-
That looks like a match doesn't it, Keith?
