My friend asked me if I could help her find out any information about this vase. Her grandparent found this years ago buried in the dirt when they had to rebuild their log cabin. Her grandparents would of been between 110 and 125 years old if they were still alive :czy: They told her it was an old Indian vase....I have no clue.
Thanks for any help,
Tricia

Hi there and Welcome. :cheerleader: :cheerleader:
Are the letters on the bottom??? WC ?? as I can not make them out -- do you have a clearer pic you can post?
Thanks, and Welcome again

Hi Antiquerose and thank you!
I'm not sure if it's a symbol or letters. I ask my friend to send me a clearer picture. I will post it when she sends it. Thank you for taking the time to look too!

This is the best picture I could get from her. I don't think it is WC. I rotated it around and then.
Thanks

It was found on a native American land, the Little River Indian.

It looks like an animal shape to me, rather than letters. Let's see what Rose makes of it...

I'd say a dog, or maybe a horse, but more likely a dog.

I thought it looked like an animal too but I thought maybe I wasn't seeing something too :)
