Title: need the WhO wHat & Where on my cool little pitcher>>>

Anyone have any idea of the mark/maker of this pitcher? It look kind of "art deco" to me and is pink and green...looks like a warped twisted log??? Found it at a junk shop yesterday and have looked high and low on the net since tolocate the potter info. Happy to find you all!

Hi and welcome to the board. :)

As you're in the USA your piece could well be American so it's worth having a look through the US pottery marks here http://www.oldandsold.com/pottery/usa1.shtml and here http://www.oldantiquepottery.info/usa-pottery.htm to see if you can find a match for yours.

I can't make the lettering out on yours too well, it looks like it starts with Ga but then I'm struggling... can you make anything else out beyond that or not?

Thank you for the response- YES- I went through all 41 pages on that first site this morn. Alas- nothing even close- I think it starts with a "G" like maybe g o n f e i l  or  g a n f i a l I believe it to be 7 characters. Pretty sure the first letter is a "g" however I will keep working cause maybe...it s "j"??? :)
