im hoping someone can help, my mum has a boot white with navy dots, no crazing and in mint condition my greatgrandmother gave it to her about 1955, mum had always seen it on the mantel so my greatgrandmother hed had it for sometime befor, ive done an internet surch but have not found any boots by this company, ive not found any listed here in new zealand either.
wondering what it may be worth?

Is your boot marked in any way on the base please?

yep on the bottem it has this
PLICHTA
LONDON
MADE IN
ENGLAND
THE WRITING IS IN ALL UPPER CASE AND LOOKS HAND DONE
