Title: ADAMESK jug need help with the numbers please

Hi All
I have just picked this jug it has the name ADAMESK and some numbers on.
I have read that his pieces were individually made or am i mistaken and if so what are the numbers for . Thank you

All I can find at the moment is...English art potter,1904-14,Northumberland,numbers could be pattern,artist,style,size I suppose ??? ;D ;D
