Title: Yellow Wedgwood Jasperware
Post by: nettiemac on May 23, 2012, 08:15:32 PM
Hi, I'm new to this but have found a Yellow (not primrose) Jasperware jug approx 6.5 in.
It has the marks
Wedgwood
England
24
M
V
It has some strange orange vein like stains inside
It has a small chip on the lip.
I bought it to put a plant in but don't want to if it is very old and worth something?

Hi there and Welcome!!

Do you have a pic of the item?  I have some Jasperware too but no vases, just those plates types (small).  I am sure someone with more knowledge about it will pop in

Again Welcome!!   :cheerleader:

Hi, I did try to add photo but it doesn't seem to allow me to? The 'choose file' isn't highlighted? Maybe it's because I'm using my iPad I'll try again using main computer.
Thanks!

Hi and welcome to the board.  iPod doesn't play nicely with the script the board uses. Other mobiles such as Android are fine, it's just an Apple issue, so you should be fine with your desktop machine. Shout if you get stuck and need help. :)
