Title: Sterling Art Nouveau wax seal
Post by: deco.queen on October 04, 2012, 06:14:04 PM
I love this thing because it screams Art Nouveau.  I've had it since the 70s so finally got it out of the box under the bed!
It's 5 inches tall and the mark is a fish, serpent or the number two in a shield, I don't know what the 532 might be. Thanks for looking!!

Your wax seal seems to match this Simons Brothers shoehorn, Janice:

Marks are Sterling L532 and Simons Brothers of Philadelphia. It's gorgeous! :)

OMG  :cheerleader:   :kissy: You are a star!!  Thank you so much! I just can't part with it and it feels good in your hand. It doesn't take up much space or eat anything, lol.
