trying to ID and date this piece but as Chinese and Japanese stuff is so vast I need a starting point. Can anyone help please

Another piece of Satsuma,early 20th century ;D ;D,think the marks are numbers usually relating to where the vase is in part of a set or garniture of vases ;D ;D
