Title: help identifying tea set

This is a tea set handed down now for 4 generations..no info other then it came from family in Germany..the red backmark is only on the serving plate..the other backmark is on all other pieces..ie cups,saucers,tea pot..any info appreciated  Thanks

Not 100% sure but I think it is probably 'Matsumura',Japanese porcelain from around 1920, ;D ;D (both marks are the same just written slightly different)

Thanks Keith..have you ever seen the red backmark before? looks like a wreath of cherry blossoms. i have not been able to find any example of it. Thanks again Keith and Anne

Not seen that particular mark but floral and leaf patterns are quite popular with Japanese potters old and new, ;D ;D
