Title: Looking for Help with Hall Mark

Hi All
I have been looking for info on this for a long time now with out any luck. It`s somthing i have put on a few sites but have had no luck .thank you

It is probably silver plated, but I do not recognise the makers mark unfortunately and none of my EPNS books have that mark, sorry.

Thanks any way, yes it is silver plate and judging by the quallty of the cut glass i would of thought it was a good maker,
