I am posting these for future reference as I suspect they may appear on the secondary market soon, if they aren't already.
These are small enamelled boxes made for, and sold by, the Past Times company which is no more.
They both measure approx 2½" x 1½". Neither carry any maker's mark or clue of their origin.
