Hi Helen and welcome to the board. Your mark is one of several used by Haas & Czjzek of Schlaggenwald. There is a page of their marks available to see here: https://s-media-cache-ak0.pinimg.com/736x/65/38/f3/6538f314c5c20f4ab460136e32d7167c.jpg
You may find a pattern name match on Replacements.com here http://replacements.com/china/HCZ.htm

Thank you Anne. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to identify the pattern name. I've had a look at the links you attached which I'm very grateful for. This suggests the set was manufactured around 1918 - 1945? Thank you.

Hi Helen, Can you tell if they are hand-painted flowers or transfers under the glaze?
The company history here says that after WW2 the company was nationalised under the Benes Decree so pre-WW2 seems likeliest. http://www.hradbitov.cz/history-1/history-of-the-haas-and-czjzek-porcelain-factory/

They are still in business and have a website (in Czech!) http://www.haas-czjzek.cz/
