I can NOT tell you a thing about this at all.....as I do not see a mark, and am hoping that someone will have some ideas...I do have European rooots (hungarian), and not sure if this is....have NO idea, and requesting any help here ??? ??? ??? ???

The green paint on the handle reminds me of Tintagel Pottery.
