Title: HALLOWEEN PLANTER (Boo) by " RELPO "

Hi, I have this Halloween planter that says on the bottom of it:

                                       RELPO
                                      A-1568
                                       Japan

Anyone know about this, and how old is it.  Someone had told me they thought it was the 60's, as *holiday* planters were more the norm then - is this from that era?  Anyone?

....very handy to remember that a lot of these American companies imported from Japan. It will be next to impossible to ID the actual makers, as the import companies used different 'jobbers', who didn't mark their pieces:
