Title: Nice Shape but boy is it ugly!!

I have a feeling i know where this should go, but just incase i'm wrong i put it here.

Forgot to add, there is a form number, but obscured by the glaze.

Sorry, we have been a bit busy here, the kid's adoptive grandma passed away.
