I think we had tentatively id'd the deer as being Blue Mountain Pottery from Canada, but I could be wrong.  ;) It has been known to happen on occasion.  :24: :24:

Neither my deer or my bear cub seem to be Blue Mountain Pottery http://www.yobunny.com/pottery/index.php?topic=6.0 (http://www.yobunny.com/pottery/index.php?topic=6.0). The elephants just might be - I seem to remember seeing them in my cyber travels. I don't think the duck is BMP, more likely Canuck or Canadiana

The galleries here http://www.historyandnostalgia.com/pottery/blue_mountain_pottery.htm (http://www.historyandnostalgia.com/pottery/blue_mountain_pottery.htm) and http://www3.sympatico.ca/dheenan/momspage.html (http://www3.sympatico.ca/dheenan/momspage.html) good for BMP and have the duck

I now have a swan the OH picked up that I think is possibly the same as your duck and the quality is not as good as BMP - having fondled all the pieces I've come across and spent hours searching
