I think this is by Beresford Pealing as Della showed me a Beresford Pealing mark that looked similar, if not, the same.

I've contacted the Town Mill Pottery, waiting for a reply...

There is a Beresford Pealing and a Berey Pealing, not sure if they are the same person?

It might even be by Don Hudson who works at the Town Mill pottery as well.
