Title: *Wood* you like a Drink?

I have this Wooden carved stopper, that when you push the lever at the back, his face changes (from :) to this  :P ).   It appears to be hand-made, and still works GREAT. There is a number stamped into the back (101).  I have found something similar on this site:

Also in the background is another little wooden whistle that when you blow through it, it goes around like a merry-go-round.  It too appears to be hand-made.  I believe BOTH of these are from Switzerland, as that was where my Step-dad was from... ???
