I don't even know what kind of birds these are let alone who made them. What I do know, is that they are really sweet. The second one unfortunately has a damaged beak and has had a really bad repair. Both have a number impressed on the back. The first bird which is undamaged, has the number 4341, and the second damaged one, 4346. Both have two small holes which presumably is for wire to enable them to be hung on the wall. Do the birds and/or the numbers ring any bells please?
Thank you so much.

I'd guess they are either Jema (Holland) or German. They don't look cheap. ::)
