Sorry folks - it's me again. This time with a tile (pot stand). It has what looks to be a Dutch scene - with windmill and on the left handside a typical (I've been to A'dam 8) ;D) canal house.

Just wondering if this is a touristy thing, or may be an old tile that has been made into a stand. It seems to have some age to it. Can anyone throw any light on it please? Another 50p bargain (I hope).
TIA ;)

More information could be on the back side Anne.

Thanks Bas. It's well and truly covered with felt, so I'll see if I can peel it off and have a look. It can always be glued back on again.
Watch this space... ;)

I don't think I'll be able to remove the back. Underneath the felt is a sturdy piece of hardboard which is stapled down with heavy duty staples in each corner. I think this must be stapled to the frame. I'm just a bit worried that if I prise it out I might damage the tile. A-a-a-rgh! ::) May be it is a tourist one because of the way it is mounted?

Well, I don't know Anne it's still a nice piece, and would/could be dutch. Difficult to say. I'll try to search a dutch advertising site (like ebay but then for us dutch only) and see what I can find. Hold on....
