Title: German? Victorian wall pocket / spill holder
Post by: josordoni on January 18, 2008, 12:22:58 PM
any ideas on this mark please?

The pocket is obviously Victorian/Edwardian, and I think most likely German (I have seen the incised I on early Conta and Boehme fairings and spill holders before) but I have never seen the monogram before. Has anyone else?

thanks!

I'm being cheeky and bumping this because when I put it on, it was the middle of the day when everyone was at work, and then we got into smilies, and it got knocked off the page.....

so anyone any ideas??
