Title: Bitossi or just Bitossi style?

Pair candle holders 4 inches (10cms) across and 1.5 inches (4cms) high....with ITALY stamped into the base.........are they or are they not Bitossi? Help Please. TIA Emmi

The kite symbol on the side is soooo Bitossi, nice to see it in red for a change.
