Ok so you wont get me posting in this forum often (not intelligently!) but someone was kind enough to identify a pellet finish vase and the pottery it came from.

The vase came from the Leigh Pottery which was known by various names and more info can be found at http://www.southendmuseums.co.uk/history/pottery/leighpott.htm
