-
Here's mine.
I like this waisted shape - mine's got a corset on !!!
-
Oh well I guess mine must be too as it's also off white clay. Is there a connection to Carstens ?

Form 311-20

D?mler & Breiden...
-
Hi,more help needed please. Very pretty drippy blue/green glaze. Mark on base says GERMANY 108/20. I am not fully sure it is 108 as the first numerical digit is a bit unclear, could be a 4 or a 7 even. All help gratefully received Emmi
-
22-25
-
OK. At last some time to take base pic. Had to use cinnamon to highlight the lettering which is impressed into the clay rather than raised lettering. The clay used is a white clay.
-
31/15 i know its not as nice as Emmi?s , so y?all dont need to comment. :boohoo:
-
Thanks Ronnie, but I think yours is pretty stunning too - love the "monochrome" glaze. Here's my only other D & B
marked 472 - 18 .
-
I found this today in a charity shop... can anyone ID it please? :comp:
-
1055-23 i feel this one is bit special, its hard to tell on the photo but thats some nice lava with a glossy brown middle .
-
776-15 again hard to tell from photo but the white line is raised and gives an interesting effect.
-
777-20 the same with this one
-
I got this one yesterday , just fell in love with it but would obviously like to know who made it ........pretty please ;D
white clay 402 L Germany ( but you?re still gonna ask for the base photo arent you ?)
-
Heres the base ;D
-
313 -20 one thinks one is posting in the right section , Fohr i is only a :new:
-
Hi I just bought this vase, pretty isn't she? Any more information is welcome, please.
-
Got this yesterday, not my fave colours but it looks like an old Turnip.Base marks 1105/22 and even the foot rim is glazed Emmi
-
...
-
He Ronnie i've got a dish in the same pattern:
-
Very pleased with today's purchase......a huge beast 477/40
-
Sue has one in Cortina type decor but Kev didn't confirm the manufacturer
-
I have collected some great pieces of this factory.
-
One purchased today.........nice metallic bronzey glaze, but which era? Marks on base 419/22or 479/22........it looks like a perfect English 7, but not a perfect German 1????
-
So they have written the English style 7 and not the continental 7 with a slash across? Why? Emmi
-
ugly ??? 4056/26cm
-
A dish I got today. 12 inches long and 5.5inces at widest. Silver label, can't read the numbers on base. Any idea of the form number please, era and designer?Or is that asking too much? Emmi
-
ugly ??? 4056/26cm
Can I see a piccy from the bottom please?
-
Base of dish -- the Made in Germany is painted in bright gold
-
Nice dish, Emmi. I have a small vase with the same design (form number 164/14). I must admit the shape is boring compared to your dish.
-
Think this is by D&B but not sure can you confirm?
-
... of our latest acquisition? (Thanks in advance)
-
I have this old D?mler & Breiden "Gold-Crack" vase, but i haven?t any further information to this?!
Does anybody know the year of manufacturing?
-
hi guys. what do you think of this monster. i put a 22/15 in front of it for scale.
-
forgot the picture, hope it comes out this time
-
Wow, they're great. I just love the scale variation of German ceramics, from teeny to huge from the same factory
-
Very nice! What is the form number?
-
the base is overglazed my best guess is relief 22/36 but i could be wrong. it is 36cm and 42cm wide. it seems quite fragile.i expect a lot of them have been broken over the years. i guess there must be other shapes out there with the same glaze. they do look great in groups. thanks for your comments. craig.
-
Hi Craig, try putting talcum powder or any fine powder on the numbers and see if they stand out any better.
-
Hi, Sue. it didn't work with this one but it has helped me with some of my others. great tip. thanks.
-
Hello all, here's my D&B 102/21
-
