Title: Help Needed With Teapot

I've attached a photo of the signed bottom and of the actual teapot.  Any ideas would be much appreciated.  BTW...has not been cleaned yet!  Thanks in advance.

Definitely Italy, IMHO.
There's lots of similar stuff in Swiss charity shops.
