Title: Small vase marked MC

This little piece is 4.5" high and marked MC on the base.  I think it is stoneware but not sure. The rim is really delicate and thin.   Since I bought this from a charity shop in St.Ives, I thought it might possibly be from the Leach Pottery.  Three have the initials MC - Marsha Cox, Michael Cardew and Michael Cartwright.  Is anyone familiar with their work, or recognises the mark please.  Or may be its someone else?
