A couple of lucky finds for a quid each:
Left: vase by Eva Staehr-Nielsen for Saxbo (Denmark) from the 1950s or 60s.
Right: unidentified vase from Rheinfelden (Switzerland). Signed Rheinfelden with a simple incised mark of three strokes that sort of looks like a rose or an @
Does anyone know where I might find any info about Swiss potters? I've googled till I can google no more... even in German...

Hi Chris, welcome to the board, good to see you here. :) Could your Swiss pot be Rheinfelder rather than Rheinfelden? They have a website here: http://www.rheinfelder-keramik.ch/

Also found Christine Burch in Rheinfelden who uses a three line mark: http://www.ch-keramik.ch/ - can we see a photo of the mark on your piece please Chris?

Hello Anne
Ta for the welcome. Been meaning to join for ages.
I would have posted a pic of the bottom a bit earlier, but someone nicked me camera and disappeared with it for two hours!
I found the Rheinfelder site, but didn't think it matched their kind of stuff. However they would seem to be the favourites up till now.

Hi Chris, there's an email address on their contact page - it might be worth dropping them a line with a photo and asking if it's their piece? (BTW I sympathise about the camera - I have the same problem here! ;D)
