This vase is moulded in high relief with rabbits running through the trees. It's marked Made in England 677. Height is about 7in or 18cm. My first thought is Beswick, but I don't have good resources for this one, with the possible exception of this board.

Hi Forrest, have you considered Sylvac?
-
Considered, yes, but I have even less experience with Sylvac than I do with Beswick and didn't turn up anything with an online search.

You could try the Sylvac collectors club admin@sylvacclub.com i think the have most of the pattern numbers.
Also try this site www.thepotteries.org Sorry, but i dont think it is Beswick, but then again i may be wrong?
-
:pst: Not that I know much, my guts thought Sylvac.
-
The 677 Falcon Ware mould number in the Sylvac Story Book is described as a vase. It doesn't say what it looks like or what size it is though.
-
A non-board member just told me they have seen an all-white pitcher in the same pattern marked Beswick, but I'm still looking for confirmation and more information.

Forrest, I've not managed to find your vase as such but there's a stamped Beswick one on eBay currently which has the same impressed stamp as yours, it also has a printed-on Beswick mark.
see here: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=300148738770 - the impressed base mark looks very similar to yours.
-
Forrest, another one like yours in red, sold as Beswick - you can just see the Beswick stamp on this one. :) http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=150133878265

Thanks to everyone for the help on this one. I managed to get my hands on a 1999 edition of the Beswick Charleton Guide, and the vase was part of the Modelle line begun in 1938 and running until about 1963, designed by Watkin, if my memory is working.
